Your data, plainly.
Last updated · February 2026
Quantloop Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Quantloop”, “we”, “us”) values your privacy. This notice describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). It applies to quantloop.tech and any sub-pages of this website.
Who is the data fiduciary
Quantloop Technologies Pvt Ltd is the “Data Fiduciary” (controller) for personal data collected through this website.
Registered office: 20, Shubh Elegance, UGVCL Road, Nr. DPS, Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 380058, India.
Grievance officer: Vinish (privacy & data protection) · vinish@quantloop.tech.
What we collect
We try to collect as little as we need. Specifically:
- Contact & waitlist forms: name, email address, optional message, optional product interest.
- Careers form: name, email address, position, short note, and your uploaded resume (PDF/DOC/DOCX, max 2 MB).
- Analytics (only if you opt in): anonymous page-view, device-class, referrer and session-replay data via PostHog. No personally identifying information is gathered unless you submit it through a form.
- Server logs: standard request metadata (IP, browser, timestamp) retained for security and abuse-prevention for up to 90 days.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, evaluate applications, or send you the email you signed up for.
- To improve the editorial — which pages help, which don't — only if you consented to analytics.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and ensure security of the website.
We will not use your information for purposes other than those for which you provided it, without your fresh consent.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share data only with trusted sub-processors who help us run the website:
- Resend (USA) — transactional email delivery for form submissions and reply-receipts.
- PostHog (USA / EU) — privacy-friendly product analytics, only after your opt-in.
- MongoDB Atlas (India region preferred where available) — encrypted-at-rest storage of submission records.
- Emergent — hosting and content delivery infrastructure for the website itself.
Each of these is bound by their own privacy notices and data-processing terms. Cross-border transfers, where applicable, are made under standard contractual terms.
How long we keep it
- Contact / waitlist submissions: up to 24 months from receipt, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Career applications: up to 12 months from receipt unless we hire you (in which case it becomes an employment record).
- Analytics data: aggregated; raw events kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights under the DPDP Act
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Erase your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Withdraw consent at any time — for analytics, via the cookie banner's “Manage cookies” link; for any other purpose, by writing to us.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of incapacity or death.
- Grievance redressal — write to our Grievance Officer (above). We respond within 30 days as required by the DPDP Act. If unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies & tracking
We use a small set of essential cookies plus optional analytics cookies. The full list, lifetimes and purposes are in our cookie policy. You can change your preferences anytime via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time — when we add a new sub-processor, a new feature, or to reflect legal changes. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when. Material changes are flagged on the website for 30 days.
